Consumers can expect to see a rise in the average cost of a loaf of bread. This is a result of President Vladimir Putin’s ban on Russian wheat exports. The ban which came into effect on the 15 of August this year will last for four months. Fifi Peters spoke to some people in Grahamstown to see how the price increase would affect them.
